    Hi! I recently bought a Maxidas 708, registration is successful, works well. When did the program's system update 3.30 to 4.10, the program's car stopped working. There is an inscription (The language is not authorized!), In addition to open (update) in the string (program's) name is not visible to the car, and the squares, there are some cars with English letters. Maybe the device is intended only for China? How to correct this situation? What need to buy additional programs? Well that before upgrading did a backup SD card with it and work.     From where you bought the tool? What is the start display? Chinesse Edition or European Edition? My tool is European Edition and if i try to manual installation chinesse software i can't view and work with these cars.

    yes, you have to make sure which version your DS708 is. If you want to install or update files in other languages, you will get a warning message "unauthorized", and the text will become unreviewable.

    Reply to 3 floor: I have same problem now. I have European Edition DS708. In maxidas.com i see 2013 new updates on english language. For example BMW v8.0 But in DS Update Manager i not see new updates. I try to install manual bmw update via download file, extract and replace in SD card and then in the tool i see message that bmw is unauthorized. Why is that? Online update not working or this update are not for european tools?

    I have also same problem now. I bought english version. But I cannot use right now.
